Getting Started with KiliCodes ERM
Follow these steps to get your organisation fully operational on KiliCodes ERM.
System Access & First Login
Your administrator provides your URL, username, and temporary password. Change it immediately on first login.
Configure Your Organisation
Set company name, logo, currency (TZS), fiscal year, and payroll configuration including NSSF, NHIF, and payroll run day.
Create Departments & Designations
Set up your organisational structure before adding employees. Define salary grades and ranges per designation.
Add Employees
Fill in personal details, employment type, department, designation, and basic salary — or bulk-import from Excel.
Set Up Roles & Users
Create user roles and assign permissions. Then create system users and assign the appropriate role to each.
Connect Biometric Devices
Register your ZKTeco devices with IP address, port, and location. Attendance syncs automatically.
Configure Leave Policies
Define annual leave days, sick leave, maternity leave, and carry-forward limits under Settings.
Run Your First Payroll
Select the month and year, click Process — all deductions are calculated automatically. Review, then approve to generate payslips.
